We Already Have Appointed a Woman, What More Do You Want?

I have to admit truth to truth, Elizabeth Warren would set the consumer raping industry [banks] on its ear, were she appointed as Chair of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, IF AND ONLY IF, she actually had any power in the position.  As it stands now, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, is under the thumb of the Federal Reserve, which is like putting the fox in charge of the chickens.  Give it 6 months and there will be no Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to speak of.  It’s already starting to happen as we speak.

Enter Robert Gibbs, White House spokesman, on Elizabeth Warren’s potential to be a candidate: “I don’t think any criticism, in any way, by anybody would disqualify her.”  Yet Obama has not nominated her at all.  Gee I wonder why this is?  Could it be the very people, whom he stole money from taxpayers, to bail out, would have a cow?  The powers that be are showing their muscle by Obama not appointing Elizabeth Warren to the position. 

According to the National Journal, the banking industry “privately grumbles that Warren would be their least favorite candidate to head the agency.” Or, as Floyd Norris put it in the New York Times, “whether or not she is named to run the bureau may depend on how willing the president is to anger the banks.”

Warren is one of the best people for the position. Picking her is a no-brainer. Rarely does a president have the opportunity for such a plethora of best people for the job, when it comes to appointing someone to a position.  This position, at this time, being filled by Elizabeth Warren is one of those rare opportunities.  Change huh?

Not only is she one of the country’s foremost experts on bankruptcy law and the multiple ways in which banks trick and trap consumers, she’s been the leading advocate for the creation of the agency, which the banking industry worked night and day to kill. In fact, it was Warren who came up with the idea for the agency in the first place, in a paper she wrote in 2007.

Senators and Congressmen alike are lining up to laud Warren as the best possible choice:

• Sen. Al Franken: “In my consideration, I think Elizabeth would be the best.”
• Rep. Barney Frank (chair of the House committee that drafted the financial reform bill): “She’s far and away the best candidate.”
• Sen. Bernie Sanders: “No one in our nation could do a better job.”
• Rep. Rosa DeLauro: “In my living room with many members of congress, she predicted what was going to happen several years ago. As she put it in 2007, consumers cannot buy a toaster that has a one in five chance of bursting into flames but they can enter into a mortgage that has the same one in five chance of putting them out onto the street…Professor Warren we cannot, Ma’am, do it without you.”
• Sen. Jeff Merkley: “I support Elizabeth Warren…She has both the clarity of the need for an agency that has as its top mission protecting citizens against tricks, traps and scams, and she has the ability to articulate that vision. She has the leadership skills and the knowledge of the financial world. She has the full set of requirements to be an effective leader.”
• Sen. Tom Udall: “Should [the president] decide to nominate her to lead the Bureau, it will be a clear sign that the Bureau will be a champion for the American consumer, will stand up to unscrupulous actors and will not shrink from…fulfilling its mission under pressure.”

Secretary Tim Geithner:

She is an enormously effective advocate for reform. Probably the most effective advocate for consumer protection in the country. She has huge credibility and she played a decisive role in helping make the public case for reform and she was early on this, way ahead of everybody else. – Sunday on ABC’s This Week

If you know about Goldman Sachs Geithner  you know why he has stopped short of endorsing Warren (and, indeed, privately argued against her)?

Critics like Senetor Chris Dodd told NPR’s Diane Rehm:

“The question is, ‘is she confirmable?’ And there’s a serious question about it.” And today he challenged Robert Gibbs’ assertion that Warren is “very confirmable”: “How does he know that?”

With mid-term elections on our doorstep, it’s rather easy to be bold:

“Are the Republicans, when we bring her name up, going to argue that she shouldn’t be confirmed because she’s too tough on the big banks and too tough on the financial industry?” asked Senetor Tom Harkin. “Boy, that’ll get them a lot of votes in November!”

Unfortunately there is a provision in the financial reform bill the president signed into law last week that allows the Treasury Secretary to name someone to head the Consumer Bureau until the Senate confirms a presidential nominee.  There is no way Goldman Sachs Geithner will appoint Warren in the interim.

“The statute gives the Treasury Secretary the obligation to get it done, but doesn’t tell him how to get it done,” says Gail Hillebrand of the Consumers Union. “Consumers have been waiting a long time. The sooner we can get it off the ground the better.”

Media outlets would have you think this is a Republican Democrat thing, however if you’ve been paying attention to this blog, you know it isn’t.  The democrats are no more beholden to the banks than the Republicans are.  They are all bought and paid for.

Elizabeth Warren vs Tim Geithner

Opposition marketing spin currently being test-marketed is that because Warren is such a zealous advocate for consumers she would somehow be bad for “innovation.” The same innovation that brought us credit default swaps, teaser rates, 600 percent payday loan rates, and that led to widespread foreclosures and bankruptcies. This line of reasoning is akin to saying that we don’t want our police force to be very vigilant, lest it diminish criminal innovation. Warren herself addressed this ludicrous claim in a paper in 2008:

Innovation in financial products has produced incomprehensible terms and sharp practices that have left families at the mercy of those who write the contracts.  This is exactly why the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was created in the first place. If someone with Warren’s skill set and perspective isn’t named to head it, why even bother creating it? Just so another banking industry shill has a place to cool his heels before adding a few zeros to his salary when he quits and joins the companies he was ostensibly regulating? Given that this is the usual M.O. of how regulatory agencies in Washington work, it’s all the more important to name Warren so she can start the Consumer Bureau off on the right foot — as a true voice for the people.

So which way will Obama go? If he makes his decision on the merits, Elizabeth Warren will be the first head of the Consumer Bureau. If he makes his decision out of fear, she won’t be. For guidance, he should listen carefully to his own words:

All too often — our government made decisions based upon fear rather than foresight, and all too often trimmed facts and evidence to fit ideological predispositions. Instead of strategically applying our power and our principles, we too often set those principles aside as luxuries that we could no longer afford. And in this season of fear, too many of us — Democrats and Republicans; politicians, journalists and citizens — fell silent… if we continue to make decisions from within a climate of fear, we will make more mistakes.

That was Barack Obama in May of last year, talking about the Bush administration’s approach to national security in the wake of 9/11. As he finds himself in a different kind of “season of fear,” will he use his insights as a guide to his decision?

Trying to Tear Down States Rights Over Federal Cowardice

While the country is going to hell in a handbasket, so many news organizations are steadily heaping logs onto the fire.  Instead of them actually reporting factual news, they instead “report” a bunch of drama surrounding the news.  This sells papers and advertisement, and makes EVERYONE dumber than they were 2 minutes before reading the stories.  This is exactly the case surrounding the Arizona immigration law controversy.  Instead of them reporting that the 9th circuit court of appeals refuses to listen to the case, because THERE IS NO CASE, they instead tell you they refuse to “get into the controversy”.  They even quote democrats, versus a republican governor, who says that the law is “laughable.”  What’s laughable is that the federal government is trying to trump a state’s right to protect itself, its economy and its citizens from unchecked illegal immigration that is destroying the state from the inside.  They don’t report how these illegal immigrants are not the supposed hard working salt of the earth people seeking a better life, but a bunch of gang-bangers, underage prostitution runners, human traffickers, who are all murdering people, burning people’s homes and shutting down entire infrastructures.

Let me report the news as it should have been reported.  No emotions, no drama, no scandal, I’ll give you just the boring facts.

The facts are the Obama administration has very powerful friends that want virtual slave labor in the country.  They only see the illegal immigrants as potential second class citizens they can use and abuse.  They don’t care that these illegals are not the hard working folks everyone tries to portray them as in the media.  In fact only 1 in 7 is that hard working.  Quite a few get on the government dole as soon as they cross the border and are a drain on the economy.  But these big people don’t care, they would prefer to just get millions and millions in so that 1 in 7 can be millions, regardless of the other 6 in 7.

In steps Arizona, a border state, that cannot take it any more.  Murder, prostitution, drugs, arson, chaos, anarchy, is enough to get anyone’s attention.  The public outcry by border towns could not be ignored any longer.  So the legislators and Governor Jan Brewer stepped in with applying the constitution to their state.

Unlike those who don’t understand, the federal government is NOT the supreme law of the land.  States have equal power to the federal government and has always had equal power.  In fact, time and again the supreme court has bowed to a state’s right to regulate itself, over wishes by the federal government.  Only in egregious instances of state abusing citizens has the courts allowed the federal government to step in on the citizen’s behalf, i.e. Blacks being lynched, genital mutilation and jim crow.  But, this is not that instance.  The protection of the constitution does not blanket non-citizens, to begin with, and the citizens that ARE being abused are the citizens of the state and not the illegal immigrants.

However, what you see in the press is emotional pictures of old women crying, supposedly opposing the law.  These marches and protests are organized by people who have an agenda that you will never hear about in the news.  What is this agenda?  Pure and simple, racism.  These groups want Mexicans to come to the U.S. unchecked, without stipulation, without any litmus tests whatsoever.  They want to transplant, if they can, the entire Mexican country inside the U.S.  And, why is this? for political gain and power.  They have already started, by getting legislation passed in many other states that would tie the hands of all law enforcement agencies, including the federal government, from determining immigration status, checking citizenship I.D. for gaining benefits, voting.

The Arizona legislation was a tremendous blow to this racist agenda of unchecked illegal Mexican immigration.  However, these immigrants destroyed the very thing that they came here for, the economies of many border towns.  Whole school districts had to close due to lack of funding and tax payer input.  Hospitals had to shut down due to non-payment by illegal immigrants getting services and not paying for them, by the hundreds of thousands.  Clinics had to shut down due to lack of funding.  Civic infrastructure had to shut down.  When 40% of the population is paying for the entire infrastructure of businesses and state benefits, they will shut down and go out of business. The load is too much for such a small paying population to bear.

The crimes go unreported in the national media surrounding illegal immigrants.  If they do, they are immediately called bigots and racist for reporting it.  If police dedicate themselves to busting illegal immigrant gangs that have contracts to kill-on-sight Black people [real story] they are called racist cops for targeting latinos.  If a cop pull over a criminal, with no insurance to cover the cost of him destroying a city bus with his car, and asks for immigration status, he’s called a racist.

The agenda of these racist organizations to allow illegal immigration into the country, unchecked, is completely out of hand.  It has hampered many many state and local authorities right to protect their own citizens.

Getting back the Obama administration.  Unless you’ve been under a rock for the past century, the presidency is not a controlling position in the U.S.  It is controlled by very powerful lobbies and business interests.  The fallout of competing interests were made readily apparent, to anyone with a brain, in the George W. Bush elections 2000 and 2004.  The veil was pulled aside, briefly, so that everyone could see the man behind the curtain.  So as mentioned earlier these powers allow these racist organizations to thrive and continue unabated with their vile agenda.  It [the organizations] serves their [the powers that be] purpose nicely.

Enter the courts.  U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton blocked the law by imposing an injunction for it going forward.

“Basically we believe (the law) is constitutional but she obviously pointed out faults that can possibly be fixed, and that’s what we would do,” Brewer told The Associated Press.

In her temporary injunction Wednesday, Bolton delayed the most contentious provisions of the law, including a section that required officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws. Bolton indicated the federal government’s case has a good chance at succeeding in its argument that federal immigration law trumps state law.  Brewer has said she’ll challenge the decision all the way to the Supreme Court.

Let’s hope Governor Brewer does not cave into pressures from lobbies that have no public interest at heart.  This law is about safety and the constitutionality of a state’s right to protect itself, for citizens to be safe and secure in their homes.  The press trying to convert this into an emotional issue of racism and bigotry, when the facts are people are hurting from illegal immigration.  People are dying from illegal immigration.  But the press would rather sell stories about how America is a big bad bully, instead of a story about it protecting its own citizens.

Johnson & Johnson and WalMart Poisoning Your Babies (video)

Class Action Law Suit Against Walmart Inc and Johnson & Johnson

In short this video shows that baby shampoo manufactured by J&J and Walmart contains methyline chloride a toxin that OSHA prevents contact with at construction sites, i.e. a person handling them must have a gas mask, protective eye-wear, protective gloves, and protective clothing.

Methylene chloride if you had been exposed to this stuff you get increased risk of developing cancer, adverse effects on the heart, central nervous system and liver, and skin or eye irritation. Exposure may occur through breathing, by absorption through the skin, or through contact with the skin. MC is a solvent, which is used in many different types of work activities, such as paint stripping, polyurethane foam manufacturing, and cleaning and degreasing.  So I am wonder how this stuff ended up being in children’s shampoo, OSHA knew about this stuff and established controls of occupational exposure.  Now we find that Johnson’s Baby shampoo and Wal-Marts Equate Tearless Baby wash both contain methylene chloride, banned by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in cosmetics Symptoms of being exposed to this stuff are effects on the central nervous system, headaches, disorientation, dizziness, fatigue, and decreased attention span; skin effects such as chapping, erythema, cracked skin, or skin burns; and cardiac effects such as chest pain or shortness of breath.

So we all assumed that baby shampoo was safe for our kids and we find that they are being poisoned and have risks of getting cancer.  A federal judge in New Jersey has allowed two proposed class action lawsuits to proceed against Wal-Mart Stores Inc and Johnson & Johnson over the sale of children’s shampoo and baby wash allegedly containing a toxin linked to cancer
The charges against Johnson and Johnson are they are manufacturing several baby bath products with dangerous toxins and markets them safe for children Johnson & Johnson is also charged with falsely promoting these products as “gentle,” “hypoallergenic,” “dermatologist-tested,” or “pediatrician recommended” for children.  Back on January 16, 2010 Johnson & Johnson issued a massive recall of over-the-counter drugs including Tylenol, Motrin and St. Joseph’s aspirin because of a moldy smell that has made people sick.

It does make you wonder if big Pharma is creating products that make us sick and get the additional monetary gain by creating drugs that counter the damage they created in the first place. Sounds very similar to the swine flu hype don’t you think.  The questions is what other products are causing harm for profit. Are we being deliberately being poisoned?

How to Get Women to do Whatever You Want

Date Like a Devil

[ this series is a joke series, taken from a first person perspective of a devil giving love advice from would be male suitors to women.  No offense is intended and the jokes are all in good fun.  Have fun reading. ]  Hello boys.  Yes, I call you boys because I have been watching you and your clumsy attempts to win over females are both shameful and infantile.  I am the devil, small D, little V.  You don’t know the origins of the name devil and I won’t go into detail, or your tiny heads might explode.  I’m going to tell you how to date like a devil.  If you can imagine, a devil can get, literally, anyone [ yes male or female, since we don’t actually have sex organs of our own] we want.  [ for purposes of these lessons we are going to assume I am a “male” devil and leave it at that]  Unlike most of you, devils always present their best face.  That means were are good looking creatures.  Hello!  Devilishly good looking, devilish looks, devilishly handsome, you get the picture?  Right, you however are dealing with the cards God gave you and the thing you pass off as a face isn’t so fortunate.  That aside, my techniques will land you any woman you want, regardless of your unfortunate face.

Our first lesson here deal with a power we devils like to call domination.  For us it is a power, but quite frankly you don’t need supernatural powers to actually practice it.  It helps, in extreme cases, but why go through that hassle?  Domination is the ability to get a female to do exactly what you want.  Outside of the actual “magical” power of domination itself, you should get it into your thick brain that no female will ever do anything against her nature, i.e. jump off a cliff.  And, if you’re the sort that wishes  females would jump off cliffs, this series can’t help you at all.  So are we clear on that point?  Domination is not intended to nefarious gains.  It’s funny a devil has to warn you against your nefarious ways, but… there you have it.

A brief word of caution!  Domination has a stacking effect upon the brain.  The more you dominate a single target, i.e. a lady, the more susceptible she is to more domination.  What’s wrong with that you ask?  At the end of the day, you would much rather have a female that willingly gives herself to you, than you dominating your way into her … life.  I’m sure you thought I was going to say something else there.  Shame on you!  No, trust me, having a relationship built upon free will and trust, is tons more easy than having to constantly lord over some female.  Besides, after you’re 12 levels deep within her brain, it isn’t a pretty site ordering her around in public.  The locals tend to get antsy and might riot against you.  No my friend, keep it a safe 2 or 3, the “honey I’m thirsty” level.  Oh wait, that’s the power of suggestion, we’ll get into that later.

OK, so let’s briefly list how to define and recognize domination.

• assume an order, don’t ask for permission

Actually, that’s that only rule.  It’s quite simple isn’t it?  Unlike suggestion or love, there’s not 20 different rules to it.  Domination is domination.  Ok so what does the rule mean?  To dominate a female, you simply go up to her and demand something from her.  At level 1, these demands better be pretty damn simple and insignificant or her defenses will come roaring to the front to stop you.

The Devilish Poke

One of the best ways, I like to start off dominating a female is an exercise, I like to call, “The Poke”.  It’s exactly what it says.  I poke the female.  How is that dominating the female?  Ah, here is the rub.  I don’t just walk up and poke her.  After talking to her and complimenting her for 15.4 seconds.  I announce that I am about the poke her.  That’s not the dominating part though.  I then tell her to choose the spot where I poke.  By her choosing the spot where I poke, I have defeated her defenses to not accepting the poke at all.

The poke can be done all night, if you want to be a bore.  Or, you can learn from this and apply it to a wide variety of simple and innocent commands.  Remember, your point is not to do the action, but to lower her defenses.  If you couple dominate with suggestion, and your suggestion powers are actually good, you can walk out of a bar with a wife on your arm, and not just a one-night-stand.  And, trust me, dominating one-night-stands is a very dangerous affair.  Your pile of thralls can cause nothing but headaches in the end.

If you just want a one-night-stand, then I whole-heartedly do not recommend dominating a female.  Throw out some compliments and have a pleasant conversation and move into … “what if we had sex” part of the conversation.  There’s your remedial crash course in how to “hook up”, as you mortals like to say.  Although why you use that term is beyond me.  We devil use the term hook, to mean a very different meaning.  See, to a devil, hooking someone… is talking about their soul.  Hooking someone’s soul is quite permanent, I assure you.  We’ll go into more detail on hooking up later on.  FYI, one-night-stands actually hooks your souls together.  You lose a bit of your soul each time.  I’m just saying.

Level 2 Domination

You Don’t Have to Be a Handsome Devil

So you’ve got your poke level domination out the way, the conversation is livening up and you want to take it to the next level.  For the next level, you are going to need the supplemental power of suggestion.  We will not go over suggestion here, but just bear this in mind.  In fact, from here on out, domination cannot go it alone.  If you are stupid enough to assume your force of personality is great enough, alone, to simply sit around and dominate a female all night, you better be Michael Jackson, Mother Theresa or Ghandi.  Otherwise, learn the other powers and don’t be dense.

Ok so you’ve poked her, and you’ve made several suggestions, she’s ripe for level 2 domination.  After level 2 domination you can literally propose and she’d say yes.  Keep in mind, you can go for domination immediately upon the first meeting, or wait for days, weeks, months.  Luckily for you, you have no deadlines for souls, like we devils do.  Lucky bastards indeed!  I tell you, there’s nothing like crunch time to get the old noodle running.  I have to skip the first 3 levels of dominate and go straight to level 4.  It’s crude, I tell you, but it gets the job done.  In case your’e wondering, mephisto only uses a level 3 dominate.  You know mephisto don’t you?  Yes, that’s Mephisto of Dante’s Inferno.  Ever heard of it?  No?  This generation of non-readers.  Anyway, just to let you know… not that I’m this crude, but a pimp uses a level 3 dominate to get women to have sex and bring him all the money.  That being said, a level 2 dominate is pretty hefty.

Right, so what is a level 2 dominate.  It can be as simple as “come with me.”  While the command seems simple, you have to realize what is going on in the statement.  You are ordering the female to get up; move; carry her entire body; remove herself from the relative safety of where she already is; and to trust you that you will do no harm to her.  [see why level  3 is so much more powerful?  the female no longer trusts that you will do her no harm, but at that level she doesn’t care anymore ]  So how can you pull off a level 2 dominate?  Remember I said, you have to use suggestion a few times before popping level 2 dominate on her.

Do not mistake suggestion for dominate.  Let’s take a look at two totally different statements:

1. we should retire to somewhere… more comfortable
2. Come with me

The  first statement is not a command at all.  It is alluring, mysterious, and leaves everything to the imagination.  The second statement, however, is very direct and quite unappealing.  However, you can use dominate at level 2 to do many things.

• separate a female from her distracting friends
• seclude a female so you two can share a brief first kiss
• single her out to buy her a drink
• take her to a movie

Domination isn’t always about doing something unrewarding or unfulfilling for the female.  How susceptible would a female be to your dominations, if you said “come with me” and led her to a brand new car you’re giving her?  However, domination, unlike suggestion, does not accept reward for its actions.  So if you said “step outside”, and led her to her new car, you would follow up with five more dominations in a row:

• throw her the keys and say “drive”
• “turn here”
• “get out the car”
• “stand right here”
• “close your eyes”

 followed by the final level 2 domination “open your eyes, you’re looking at your new house.  Marry me.”

That’s how you dominate a lady.  There’s no beating, no insults, no slapping her around.  Dominating is quite fun.  And, more often than not, it wins her heart instantly, where suggestion takes years.  Where suggestion is subtle, dominate is blunt and direct.

Careful though, because dominate can enthrall a lady.  Instead of a loving wife, you’ll end up with a mindless slave.  Trust the devil on this one, you do not want a mindless slave.  A slave is, has been and will always be, dead weight.

Also, it’s good to dominate a female.  Why?  Because you wear the pants.  99.99999999% of females will enjoy being dominated, and prefer it.  If, however, you run into one of those 0.00000001% females, then simply turn around and talk to the next one right beside her.  Make sure she pays attention to what she just lost.  Perhaps you can “fix” her.  Because she’s obviously broken.  This is coming from a devil.  What’s sad is, when one of those females do fall to domination by a man, he’s a demon, and nowhere near a devil.  But, it’s karma I guess.  Why fall for a demon when you could have had a devil, right?  Forget about them and move on, is the point.  But, most other ladies love a “take charge”, read dominating, kind of guy.

Look Her in the Eye

When dominating a female, you always, always look them squarely in the eye.  You cannot dominate a lady by looking the other way.  The mere suggestion that you are unsure about your dominate is enough to break it.  Decide that you are going to dominate her, and look right into her eyes and do it.

Humans tend to weaken when you look them in the eyes.  I am sorry to reveal these secrets, but if I am going to Teach you, you need to know the whole story.  Looking a female in her eyes, weakens her.  By looking a lady in the eye, you immediately engage in a battle of wills.  Working on your willpower is another story altogether.  Hopefully you always win those battles.  Even at level 1 you are engaged in a willpower struggle.

Ever since the start of racism on the planet against the Black man, has there been a struggle to get out from under the yolk of the white man and establish ourselves as not superior but equal to white men in every aspect of life.  The short sighted Black leaders of yesteryear and today plunged the Black man into a 50 year long struggle to gain equality at the end of a pen, i.e. “civil rights”.  Every civil right was granted, every policy changed, every uneven law undone.  And yet Black people are in the same economic predicament that they were in since 1860.  Let me repeat that.  Black people controlled 0.5% of the U.S. wealth in 1860.  Today, in 2010, Black people control, including Oprah and Bill Cosby, 0.5% of the U.S. wealth.  And we are no more equal to white men now than we were in the 60s.

You do not grant equality.  It is taken by force.  A man does not beg you to treat him as your equal, he walks up to you and punches you in the face and tells you, you better treat him as an equal or there’s more where that punch just came from.

Black people seem to run and cry to someone that will listen to their complaints rather than hire a lawyer and sue the piss out of someone that wronged them.

We come now to the topic at hand.

The U.S. Black population, universally, tells their children to go to college, so that they might find a good job.  However, the statistic of white businesses that are started from college dwarf any other business start in life.  How can it be that Black parents tell their children to go to school to get a job, and yet the white counterparts start businesses going to the same exact school.

After 50 years of civil rights, the median income gap between the Black man and white man is actually widening, not closing.  I’ve touched on this very subject in other article in my blog.  Search at your leisure.  How could this be that after the “tremendous strides” that our Black leaders like to say, we’ve made, that we are poorer today than we were 50 years ago?

Black Businessman

It’s quite simple.  White business starts have increased.  Black businesses starts have decreased.  Also white recirculation of money has increased, while Black circulation of money within our community has fallen off a cliff.  Every Black dollar spent by a Black person in the U.S. loses $11.00.  That means, that although we have $1 trillion in income, that comes into Black hands, effectively we lose $11 trillion.  Every solitary dollar in the Black community is spent into someone else’s community.  Black people cannot hold on to any money for any period of time.

Finally, because of point A and point B, Blacks control no real estate to any extent.  Although several cities are predominantly Black to a very high margin, not one Black person controls any center of power in so far as commercial real estate is concerned.  Black dominate certain industries and yet control no center of power in those industries.  There are companies which are predominately Black in their employee roster, yet no Black holds a position of ultimate authority.  That is not to say there are not Black CEOs etc.  That is to say, in these Black dominated industries or companies, Blacks have no say as to how Blacks will be treated in the company or industry.  Meaning you can have a company that is 75% Black and yet Blacks are mistreated out of hand and nothing is done about it, because there is no 75% Black dominated members of the board.  One Black CEO, equality does not make.

Why One in Ten?

What is so magical about one in ten Black people owning a business?  It is the measure of wealth that would mean we are finally equal.  But let’s first look at the word wealth.

Wealth:

Wealth is nothing more than the value of store surplus labor, i.e. those goods which can be equated to the labor that went into producing it.  Wealth is not income.  Income has nothing to do with wealth.  Measuring wealth only implies a good already present, not an incoming good.

So then, owning your own business is the only true source of wealth in this country.  Why is this so?  Easily, I’ll show you a measurement that does measure income, insofar as it applies to wealth.  I have gone over this before, but it bears more careful consideration here.

Median Family Income

1. Asian $55,000 – $56,000 
2. Whites $54,000
3. Hispanic $32,000
4. Black $19,700

Obviously there is a huge gap between white wealth and Black wealth.  But, simply looking at the number does you no good if you do not understand the why of it.  Let’s take a look then as how can we arrive at this wealth measurement with each race.  The majority of Blacks have no idea why we all are so poor.  It is a mystery to them.

Racial Breakdown of Per-Capita Business Ownership

1. Asian 1 in 10 in business
2. White 1 in 34 in business
3. Hispanic 1 in 54 in business
4. Black 1 in 104 in business

It is readily seen that the huge disparity in wealth is directly related to the accumulation of businesses.  Every community that practices racism therefore is behooved to own as many businesses as possible.  Business then is an entity which takes in raw goods and maximizes profits from them.  This simple definition can apply to any business, even a service business, i.e. uses human labor as a profitable vehicle.  So then if you wish to practice racism you simply get your group to accumulate as many businesses as possible.

As you can see, the top of the list in income are the Asian group.  The magical number that they have is, you guessed it 1 in 10 in business.  As blacks wishing to practice racism them, we should concern ourselves with reaching that magical number.  Yes, white control of centers of power and awarding of contracts to firm, may in fact go to only white firms, yes even still today, with Obama as president, if more and more Blacks were to simply open up firms, we could finally commune within our own community.

Nationally, African Americans businesses are getting shorted in stimulus contracts under the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). According to statistics from the Transportation Equity Network (TEN), in December 2009, the U.S. Department of Transportation had awarded $163.8 million in direct contract, with only $16.8 million, or about 10 percent, going to minority-owned businesses, $4.7 million, or about 3 percent, had been awarded to Hispanic-owned firms. No black-owned firm had received a single contract from the DOT stimulus pot of money. The shortchanging of black and other minority firms has trickled down to local governments.

Black businesses also need to be stimulated in these tough economic times. Atlanta’s black-owned firms still face discrimination when it comes to city contracts. This is not a small point since more than 60 percent of the employees of minority-owned firms are people of color. According to a 2006 disparity study, Black and other minority-owned firms accounted for 48 percent of city service contracts in fiscal year 2005, up from 33 percent in 2001. Minority firms won $150 million of the total $312 million contracts in 2005 for private construction, engineering and related services. The expansion of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport was fertile ground for contract. However, minority firms received a much smaller share of city goods and commodities contracts.

With nearly 64,000 firms, Metro Atlanta is home to more black-owned businesses per-capita than anywhere except the nation’s capital. These firms employ mostly African Americans. This shortchanging of black-owned firms will likely continue unabated if some type of “set-aside” program and stronger accountability and transparency in tracking the use of all federal funds for economic stimulus and job creation. The awarding of stimulus dollars is one clear signal that we are not living in a “post-racial” society—even with the election of President Barack Obama, the nation’s first black president.

Black owned firms hire more Blacks than any other firms put together.  Yes we have upwards of 50% unemployment among Black men, but if the other 50% of Black men were to open firms, they would hire Blacks and that number would shrink or disappear.

Community Recirculation of Money

Buying from Black Owned Businesses

Buying from Black owned businesses is a major issue in our community right now.  However, if 1 in 10 Blacks owned businesses it would be a non-issue.  As it stands now 1 in 104 Blacks own a business.  You would have to search and search just to find the Black owned business.

Also with the mass exodus of Blacks from prior Black communities, there’s no way that our businesses and communities can thrive.  Middle class Blacks flee from inner cities, with some foolish notion that they are moving to a better place.  Meanwhile, white city councils are giving money to whites to move to these inner city neighborhoods for “renovation” purposes, i.e. to oust poor Blacks.  So the affluent Blacks are rushing away from the very neighborhoods affluent whites are flocking to, and getting paid to do so.  Some Black communities which are more than 100 years old have already begun to disappear.  Had these affluent Blacks simply turned around and opened up businesses in these communities, the very act of opening the business would have done more for the community than them leaving ever could.  Because invariably they would hire Blacks from the area.  This income would translate into larger buying power for the community directly.  And, as more and more Blacks firms open in the area, a sustainable community is reborn.  Young teens which suffer the highest unemployment rate in America would have jobs, since entry level positions would be filled by them.  That means, block gangs and juvenile delinquency would plummet.

As more Black firms would open in the community, assuming the firms would be diverse, and not all liquor stores or clothing stores, the community could thrive.  Hopefully grocers and such would be opened, the least represented business in Black communities.

The magical number is 1 in 10.  If 1 in 10 Blacks opened businesses, we would be wealthier than Asians.  Why?  Because we are 3 times the population of Asians.  Notice Whites are only 1 in 34 in business, yet they are on par with Asians.  That’s simply because of their huge numbers.  If we got 1 in 10 Blacks to open a business we would surpass whites and asians in wealth.

Forget pie in the sky, and a better day tomorrow, money makes the world go around.  Wealth is power all by itself.  Anyone that tells you different is selling you for a fool.

Man Arrested for Smuggling 18 Titi Monkeys in His Socks

Weird Stories: 18 Monkeys Smuggled into Mexico City Airport

The Tiny Titi Monkey

A man was found with no less than 18 monkeys inside his clothing, attempting to smuggle them into Mexico.  A Mexican citizen, Roberto Sol Cabrera, arriving from Lima, Peru was arrested at Mexico City’s international airport.  The discovery was made after a random check was conducted.  He had put the 18 Titi monkey’s in a waist girdle.  What tipped the police off was that the man was acting nervously.

After questioning the man said, originally he had put the monkeys in his luggage.  He later removed them, he said, to protect them from X-rays” when going through customs.  Cabrera had originally placed the monkeys in socks inside the luggage.  Sadly two of the animals died before the discovery was made.

What is unique about Titi monkey is that they are found in South America and are a protected endangered species.  To own them requires a possession permit.  The permit is pretty pricey, which is a far cry from what Cabrera said he had paid for them.  He confessed to paying simply $30 per monkey.  In the underground wild species trade, these Titi monkeys will fetch a cool $775 up to $1,550 per monkey.

According to an international wildlife trade monitoring network named Traffic, wild animal trafficking is a serious problem in Mexico.  Adrian Reuter, a representative for the group, said:

“The reasons are two: one, because Mexico is an important route for those who want to smuggle animals into the US, and the other, because, as in other countries of Latin America, there is a deep-rooted tradition of having wild animals as pets.”

The remaining monkeys will be returned to proper authorities who will send the monkeys back and reintroduce them into the wild.  “We hope”.  [knowing the rife corruption in Mexico, it’s a wonder that the authorities themselves won’t sell the monkeys on the underground, but you didn’t hear that from me, cuz I ain’t one to gossip]

Donner Party Discovery, Lincoln Personal Letters

Donner Party, Scandals and Murder Oh My!

The Donner Party

In a statement released Monday, July 19th, 2010, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum said that Donner Party member James Reed and his family carried muster rolls with Lincoln’s name on them among their treasured heirlooms.  Researchers had made the unexpected discovery among the effects of a member of the Donner Party kept in a carpetbag on the group’s sojourn to California.  It turned out to be a military document with Abraham Lincoln’s own handwriting on it.  It took a team of librarians, historians and handwriting experts to confirm that the handwriting was indeed of President Lincoln on the document.  The document lists Lincoln and volunteer soldiers who fought in the 1832 Black Hawk War.

“We often find documents that detail fascinating stories about Abraham Lincoln’s life and times, but it is rare indeed for the document to have such an intriguing history after it was written,” said Daniel Stowell, director of the Papers of Abraham Lincoln. “That these documents detail part of Lincoln’s military service and that they accompanied the Donner Party to California makes them doubly significant.”

All four of the muster rolls include “Private Abraham Lincoln” among the list of soldiers. On one of them, experts say two-and-a-half lines are clearly written in Lincoln’s hand. And the documents reveal that Lincoln had a horse worth $85 and equipment valued at $15, noting that Lincoln received one tent that was United States property to be returned at the end of his service.

The lines Lincoln wrote said: “Muster Roll of Captain Jacob M. Earleys Company of Mounted Volunteers Mustered out of the service of the United States By order of Brigadier General Atkinson of the United States army on White Water Rivers of Rock River on the 10th day of July 1832.”

The documents are part of the James Frazier Reed Collection at the California State Library.  Reed’s name appears just beneath Lincoln’s on the list. He was one of the organizing members of the Donner Party, the group of pioneers known for resorting to cannibalism while enduring a harsh winter in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

He likely inherited the papers from the military company’s commander and took them with him when he left Springfield, Illinois, in April 1846 because they were part of his personal history, the Lincoln Presidential Library said.

While historians believe the papers accompanied the Donner Party for their entire journey, Reed did not. He was banished from the group after fighting with a teamster and stabbing him to death, Monday’s library statement said.  He left the papers with his wife after being expelled from the party, and “she brought them safely in her bosom to California when helped by the first relief party which went to their assistance,” daughter Martha Jane “Patty” Reed recalled.

Isaiah Mustafa in Old Spice Commercial

If you haven’t seen this great commercial staring Isaiah Mustafa, then I present it here for your viewing pleasure.  Of course the commercial is aimed at men, but it’s aimed at men, who think that women will want a man that smells like old spice, so it’s aimed at women who will aim it at men, so men will subconsciously buy it to get women.  What’s really confusing is Isaiah Mustafa is half naked through the entire commercial.

So how is it aimed at men exactly?  Well, I’ll tell you since, I happen to be a man.  The entire commercial is done using a technical feet called one take.  That’s right, the actor delivering the script says the entire commercial all in one take.  As if that weren’t super crazy technical, oh shiny enough for a guy, there’s lots going on in that one take that is eye candy, and no I’m not talking about Isaiah Mustafa.  There is continuous morphing of not only Isaiah’s clothing, but there’s special effects in his hands and the background.  He goes from shower, to boat, to beach, to horse all in one take.  Meanwhile in his hand he has shower gel, clam, tickets, diamonds, shower gell all in one take.  Finally he has a deep manly voice delivered throughout the commercial, which, while deemed sexy to a woman, is something men would want to emulate for women.

Isaiah was nominated for an Emmy for this commercial, and NBC has signed him up for a show.  I consider it of utmost importance that the entire country outwardly is lusting after a Black man as the symbol of pure sexiness and manliness, something kept hush hush for centuries now.  The video alone on youtube received 12 million hits since it was uploaded.  That is a complete viral number.

For Blacks: Democrats, Politics, and Getting Your Agenda Met

Black People Need to Set and Get Promises for Their Own Political Agendas

The Complete Lack of a Black Agenda

As mentioned before in my definition of racism, a huge portion of racism is passing laws to institute an agenda to put forward racism.  Black people need to learn and pay attention to this hard painful lesson.  Easily racism is the best and primary example of how to set an agenda and have it met and executed by way of a political agenda that enacts laws to promote and execute it.  The lesson is quite easy.  If you want to achieve a certain goal, set a political agenda and have it executed by law and with the force threat of police action should it not be carried out.

Before you stop reading and this is some radical idea, take a minute to think and search your local laws for things that have been set up with a political agenda behind them.  Today there are many many political agendas that are being carried out with the force of law behind them.

I’ll even get the ball rolling.

• I own a pharmaceutical company
• I want to sell pharmaceutical drugs
• I create drugs
• I get a law passed that says people must take the drugs if they are found to have these symptoms
• when it is found that the symptoms exist people buy the drug
• I make profit

This is as simple as it gets.  Think back 30 years ago at how many “vaccinations” an infant was “required” to take.  Now go look at the medical boards now.  An infant is required to take 10 times as many vaccinations today as they did  30 years ago.  There is no sudden infant mortality rate that shot up.  There is no epidemic that broke out.  There is no danger that arose on the horizon that the entire medical community gave an uproar about.  What happened is the pharmaceutical companies got laws passed to require you to give your infant about 40 vaccines today with the threat that if you refuse, child protective services will come and take your infant away.  So just by being born every human has to give their money to the pharmaceutical companies.

Now, think on your own of similar laws like this.  There are tons of examples of this, not just racism by itself.

Black people need to learn that they have to group together, set an agenda and then elect people that will enact laws to carry out that agenda.  It is literally that simple.

If you think that Black people aren’t numerous enough to vote someone in office you need to do your homework.  There are plenty of villages, towns, cities and even a few states, where Black people outnumber every other racial group there.  They can easily come together, create their agenda, and vote their candidate or candidates in office, to take care of that agenda.

It keep happening that so called Black leaders set themselves up as “leaders” of Black folks and do absolutely nothing.  They do not set an agenda.  Nearly all of them do not hold office.  And none of them set an agenda, get elected and execute the agenda.

Not having a political office means that you, as a Black leader, are operating from a position of powerlessness.  Not having a political seat means you can affect absolutely nothing directly.  You have to hope and pray someone you elected “does the right thing.”

Massive Black Voter Turn Out for Obama No Agenda

But wait, to add insult to injury these same so called Black “leaders” do not set an agenda, at all with potential candidates that they endorse.  So they give their endorsements away, have the Black voters vote someone into office by a landslide of the Black vote and absolutely no agenda is set to be carried out by the candidate.

So, not only does the Black leader himself not hold office, he endorses someone else and does not seek nor require an agenda to be met by the politician.  Then after the fact they want to talk to the candidate.  The candidate has absolutely nothing he needs to talk to you about.  You didn’t get him elected, the other people did, because they donated money, set an agenda and required a promise for their votes.

Continually Black people are put into a position of powerlessness.  They have no political savvy and have noone whom they can trust to deliver the things they actually need.  Sure Tavis Smiley holds a Black political conference, but nothing is accomplished there.  It is just a big jamboree to see well known Black folks give speeches and preachify to an audience of sycophants.

There is no Black Agenda that is set.  We’ve been in the country since before it started.  Had there been a Black agenda it would have been somewhat accomplished by now.  The Mexicans have come in, within 10 years and have set, met and executed a huge chunk of their agenda.  They continue to execute their agenda.

Why There is No Black Agenda

The most glaring question is why isn’t there a Black agenda?  And, why hasn’t the so called Black agenda been met?  The simple answer is money.  Black people are in the last place for money in the country.  The Black income is huge, in terms of actual dollars.  But those dollars are never kept inside the group and there is no Black community.  Again, this is a position of powerlessness.  You cannot wield power when you cannot even control your own money.

The Mexicans came in, setup their own t.v. stations, control some portions of media, control quite a bit of political seats and wealth and operated from a position of power.  They are only going to be strengthened by the huge numbers that are steadily coming in.  They have already surpassed Black income and wealth control.  All they need next are numbers.  The Mexicans immediately started setting up their own businesses and make sure they buy from each other to maintain and keep that wealth within their community.

Black Owned Business Our Source of Power

This is a position of power.  Wealth, business and keeping the money inside the community.  For others to want to engage with you, you have to control wealth and resources in your own identifiable community.  You cannot have an agenda if noone can even identify who you are.  Simply being Black is not enough.

Once we have grouped together in communities and started our own businesses, and shop only within our communities, then we are beginning to control wealth.  Maintaining that wealth within the community with what gives us a position of power.  Once we have a position of power then we can parlay with other groups.

Democrats are Not the Black People’s Party

I have said this many many times.  It might be because there has never been a Black Agenda set, but the Democratic party is not the Black people’s party.  It never has been.  If you want to add up the tally sheet, the Republicans have done more for Black folks than the Democrats.  And by tally sheet, I mean sign into law; put buts in seat; set aside money; raised money, etc.  For whatever reason, Democrats take credit for a whole lot of things that Republicans have done.  Also, for whatever reason, Black folks accept out of hand that Democrats are the way to go, if you’re Black.  They never stop to think, if I keep voting Democrat, soon they are going to take my vote for granted.

This is exactly the case.  The Black vote is systematically marginalized.  You’re simply counted and glossed over.  Noone cares you have no paid sick leave.  Noone cares you have no paid maternity leave.  Noone cares that you have to work two jobs while your parents only had to work one.

The country has gone to hell in a hand-basket and Black folks sat idly by and voted Democrat every single year.  In fact, if you were caught even thinking of voting Republican you were ousted and said not to be a real Black person.  Apparently only white people can vote for actual political reasons.

It is a position of powerlessness to continually throw your vote away.  It is a position of powerlessness to continually vote Democrat.  It is a position of powerlessness to constantly vote for someone without so much as looking them in the eye and saying “what are you going to do for me?”  And, this is exactly what millions of Black folks do each and every year, decade after decade.

The Democrats have done nothing for Black folks and yet they give up their vote without even a blink.

In case you are still CONVINCED that Democrats are A OK with Black folks, let’s give you some facts, the spoken words direct from the horses mouth by top Democrats:

[Obama] a black candidate who could be successful thanks in part to his “light-skinned” appearance and speaking patterns “with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one.” – Senator Harry Reid

    “The revelation of Senator Harry Reid’s comments referencing “negro talk” is just indicative of the true sentiment elitist liberals, and indeed the Democratic party, have toward black Americans. The history of the Democrat party is one of slavery, secession, segregation, and now socialism. It is this new aged socialism born from the Johnson Great Society programs that have castigated blacks as victims needing government dependency. One need only to look upon the city of Detroit to ascertain what liberal social welfare policies have produced for the inner city…..the new plantation for black Americans.
    
    The Ku Klux Klan was birthed by the Democrats as a terrorist wing to intimidate blacks, and whites, who sought to promote economic and education independence and social justice for blacks. What was once overt has just morphed and become covert, yet still exists..
    
    One can only imagine the insanity and media outrage if Reid’s quote had come from a member of the Republican party. I look forward to hearing from Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on Reid’s comments……..or has liberal hush money paid for the silence of these proprietors of poverty and victimization theory.. Actually, if President Obama had any courage he would demand Reid step down as Senate Majority Leader, and discontinue any support for his Senate reelection…….notice I said “if”. I am quite sure the Soros money which elevated Obama to the position of President has bought his servitude.
    
    Why am I running for US Congress as a Republican, simple, I would rather stand proudly and be called “Uncle Tom and Sellout” than lose my self-esteem and be considered an inferior by liberals. I understand the legacy of the GOP and the black community….not that revisionist history espoused by liberal educators. I am not, shall never be, and will not raise my daughters to be a part of the liberal 21st century plantation. I am not just some articulate, clean, good speaking negro. I am an American warrior, Congressional candidate, and shall never submit to the collective progressive ideal of inferiority.
    
    Senator Harry Reid’s comments are disgusting, despicable, and unacceptable. They are representative of how intellectual elite liberals do indeed speak of black Americans in their closed private spaces. Next week I have been invited to NYC to address the Hudson Institute, a conservative organization, conference on “Reclaiming American Liberty”. That invite came to me because I took advantage of the opportunities this great Republic offered. I followed the guidance of my parents and set my standards above all others around me. I speak well and have impeccable communicative skills because my Father and Mother prioritized that quality.
    
    I shiver to think what my future could have been if I listened to the insidious rhetoric of charlatans such as Harry Reid, and the ambassadors of affirmative action who reside in the Congressional Black Caucus. – Lt Colonel Allen West

Yes ladies and gentlemen, you can thank the Democrats for the KKK. Don’t you feel proud for voting Democrat all these years?  These are the same Democrats Kennedy had to appease when the Freedom Riders were trying to exercise their constitutional rights and whom Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. opposed.  The good old Democrats, that Black people love to vote for.

Yet Reid had Black leaders in Las Vegas give him a warm hand of appreciation and welcome home after the comment in a show of support.  I don’t know

Conclusion

When You Give it Up For Nothing You’re Called A

Understand that you must come from a position of power, a power base before you can even attempt and agenda.  That position of power is the accumulation of wealth and control of that wealth.  You must first have a very strong and solid Black owned business base, before you even begin to think about setting a Black Agenda.  You must have a Black community before you have Black owned businesses.   It is not enough to just open up a soul food restaurant.  You have to have a Black community and then open up the Black hair care salon, restaurant, clothing manufacturer, farmer’s market etc.

Absolutely noone wants to even let you know how the game is played.  Noone wants to talk about money, power bases, and voting base and agendas.  They all want to talk about “poor me” and “our only hope is civil rights”.  Homosexuals have exploded onto the scene, because they are a community and control money, and lots of it.  The average homosexual male wins $76,460 a year.  That is nearly twice higher than the national average.  In other words, they have a power base of wealth they can position themselves with.  At $29,400 the Black household income is a far cry from coming from a position of power.  Get that income to $45,000 and then you’ll have your power base.  To achieve that, is easily done by having a 1 in 10 black owned business.  That means 1 in every 10 Blacks in the U.S. should be owning a business.

Today the Dow had a rally.  However the volume was vacuous.  The day started out with very bad news  from the Baltic Indexes and Samsung.  Investors seemed to be trading accordingly.  However, as the day progressed, it seemed as if investors forgot all about the news.

However the rally seems to just be a continuation of the previous day rally.  Analysts were saying that it was just a bear market bounce.

It seems to make no sense with more bad news to come tomorrow with soaring unemployment reports.  This market does not seem to be logical at all.

It may be suspected still that the big boys are still playing head games and making fake trades.

For Blacks: Racism Definition

Racism

[ This series is entitled For Blacks, because it is intended for a Black audience only.  Any controversial comments will be completely ignored and banned. ]

Just as the devil’s greatest trick is to make people think  he doesn’t exist, which I’ve heard from so called Christians and atheists alike, so has the completely wrong definition of racism pervaded in our language.

If you go look up the term racism in the dictionary it will instead give you the definition of bigotry.  I’m sure many of you just went blank trying to think how racism and bigotry are different.  The idiocy of the matter is that those that are in fact racist have overwhelmingly redefined the term so that those who are the underclass cannot ever hope to understand what racism is and how to thereby defeat the oppressors.

If you are smart, you can already see what the true definition of racism is.  It is not bigotry.  It is not prejudice.  It is not even hatred.

Racism:

1. a competitive relationship between groups of people that are competing for the control of wealth, resources and power.

2. a group phenomenon whereby one group seeks to exploit another group so that all wealth, resources and power is given to the first group at the complete expense of the second group.

Racism did not exist until the 17th century.  Many white people today don’t even recognize what racism is.  The primary source of racism was slavery.  Later as technology advanced slavery was unnecessary to keep Blacks in America an underclass.  Blacks could be exploited at will since, after slavery absolutely nothing was given to Blacks in observance of so called “emancipation”.  To this day 99% of the wealth that was taken from Blacks is still enjoyed by whites and the interest from it is still making trillions of dollars yearly for the white race in America.

For those thinking that all minorities have it bad and we should group together, you’re not paying attention.  Each race is racist except for Black people.  Black people are the only group that does not understand the concept of racism and that we are in competition with each other for the same resources.  Every group that has come to America has made it their agenda to further their group and their group alone to the exclusion of everyone else, EXCEPT Blacks.

Blacks were never brought here as immigrants.  We were brought here, overwhelmingly, as chattle.  As such we had nothing, started with nothing and ended with nothing.

If you think somehow “minorities” are all in the same boat you are sadly mistaken.  Some of the most powerful groups for other “minorities” are in fact practicing racism to the fullest extent.  Namely, Latino groups which seek to exclude everyone else but themselves, keep the influx of Latinos coming into the country, excluding Blacks from any of their talks, reforming immigration policy and reforming public funds to be distributed to them and them alone.

The same is true of all other “minority” groups.  Black people are the only ones who form a political group and willingly invite other minority groups into it.  Meanwhile, those very same groups form their own groups to further their own agenda for their sole gain.

If Black people do not get a firm understanding of what racism is, they will very soon be a permanent underclass.  They will even be a permanent underclass to current other “minorities”.

By the way, most people think the word minority is strictly a numbers word.  They think minority is something that refers only to a group that has a number lesser than another group.  While that might be a mathematical definition, with humans nothing is that cut and dry.  Minority means that you are a lesser human.  In America specifically you are lesser than a white person.  Therefore calling yourself a minority is admitting to yourself that you are lesser than a white person.

No Black person should ever call themselves a minority.  We are not in the same category as the other non-whites to begin with.  There is absolutely no shared history between Blacks in America and anyone else on the face of the planet.  No mexican shares the same history.  No asian shares the same history.  No JEW shares the same history.  Do not hug someone because they are not white.  At the end of the day they are going to go to their local mexican / asian / jewish store and spend money there to make sure the money stays in their hands and not in yours.  Say hi, wave, what have you, save your hugs for your own brother.

I repeat, racism is a competition.  It is alive and well.  Learn to compete or die.  It is as simple as that.

Now if you have been paying attention, you should have noted two things:

1. currently only whites are racist, because they are in the winning position
2. Blacks have never been racist and cannot be racist because it is a group phenomenon

Anyone who calls a Black person a racist is completely ignorant of the English language.  Again, racist is not bigotry, nor prejudice, it is racism.  You cannot use the two interchangeably.

Let me make it patently clear.

• not only will a racist exploit a group of people, but they will willingly have them very close to them, i.e. house slaves
• a bigot does not tolerate another PERSON that belongs to a group and will shun them, to the point of not even wishing to see nor work along side them
• racism is continuous and ongoing to this very day and probably will continue till the very last human is alive
• many who were bigots have now changed hearts and now not only work with Black people, but have dinner with them and even consider them friends
• bigotry is not an ongoing thing

If you are still not understanding, let me present a final comparison.  Even among white people, there is a select group of whites that feel they should be served by other whites who are not as well off as they are.  This is called classicism.  Where one class feels compelled to exploit another class of people.  The media tries to pretend that that is the only competition going on today.  This is of course patently false.  Not only is there classicism, but there is also racism.

In America today, to be poor, Black and a man is a 3 strike rule.  The wealthy elites would like nothing more than to exploit poor, Black, men like no other group alive.  Wake up and compete.

I have spoken on this many times.  But, I’d like to revisit this today due to the boiling point of the economy right now.  In some parts of the country Blacks are at a 50% unemployment rate.  This rate will become more and more widespread as the economy sinks deeper and deeper into chaos.  As labor becomes more of a burden on a business owner as the economy sinks lower, they will get rid of more and more people before going out of business.

More often than not Blacks are terminated from jobs than any other racial group in America.

In Richard Freeman’s (1973) classic study of racial patterns of labor market status from 1947 to 1972, he found that the level of employment for blacks was more volatile than for whites with respect to business cycle conditions. He also found that rates of unemployment for blacks and whites had similar proportionate responses to changes in the business cycle. Thus, when the economy weakens, the unemployment rate for blacks rises more than that for whites in percentage points. Freeman (1973:77) concluded that these findings support “the widely asserted last in, first out pattern of black employment over the cycle.” bNet

If anyone tells you different you now know the truth.

So my point isn’t that unemployment is bad.  My point isn’t that unemployment is up for Blacks.  My point is median family income.

1. Asian Family income – $55,000.00
2. White Family income – $53,000.00 – $54,000.00
3. Hispanic Family income – $32,000.00 – $33,000.00
4. Black Family income – $19,400.00

That right there should shame every Black person reading this article.  I am going to both tell you not only why, it starts at the horrible level, but also why it stays at that level.

How Black Median Family Income is the Worst

So the first introduction to median family income is the understanding of how the median income is calculated and how Black median family income is so disgusting.  Of course median family income is a simple calculation where you round up a coherent group, sum up their wealth and pick the very middle of the range for that particular group.  This is considered to be a much better indicator of how a group really is because the average can be skewed by extremely high numbers or extremely low numbers.  Median doesn’t suffer from these disparities.  So throwing a Bill Gates into the white family income does almost nothing to a median white family income calculation.  But, neither does throwing an Oprah Winfrey into the calculation for median Black family income.

Ok so that is the mechanics involved.  How is the Black median family income so terrible?  It is quite simple really and here is a nice easy list to show you.

1. Asian Family income – $55,000.00 [ 1 in 10 are in business]
2. White Family income – $53,000.00 – $54,000.00 [ 1 in 34 are in business ]
3. Hispanic Family income – $32,000.00 – $33,000.00 [  1 in 54 are in business ]
4. Black Family income – $19,400.00 [ 1 in 104 are in business ]

You can readily see exactly how a complete lack of wealth damages the Black family income.  But, that is not all.  There is a second part to that.  It is not enough to say that 1 in 104 Blacks only run a business, there is wealth accumulation involved as well.  We are, in fact, talking about wealth aren’t we?

Why Black Median Family Income is Kept Last

There is the why that number is systematically kept low.  I have said before, desegregation was the single most horrific event for Black Americans.  It did absolutely nothing to further Blacks as a race.  Absolutely nothing was gain from desegregation.  Black people are no more free today than they were pre-desegregation era.

I am about to show you why this lie was hoisted on you and why your own Black leaders fooled you.  Numbers do not lie.  Numbers do not judge.  Numbers tell you exactly what is going on.

Let me first inform you, in case you did not know, of what the environment was like for Blacks before desegregation hit America.  Before desegregation, Blacks lived in a separate part of town.  Where ever you went, Blacks had their own section of town, city, or village.  Blacks were systematically forbidden from hanging out in the white section of town.  Blacks were also forbidden from even entering some establishments and nearly no public services were available to Blacks.  Sounds horrible?  Sure, unless you consider this part.  Because Blacks were forbidden to enter white establishments or partake in public services, Blacks had their own businesses, public services and education.

Due to desegregation Black busineses shut down, public services shut down and education shut down.  This is what desegregation did.  In response to desegregation, white politicians redistricted Black communities so that it separated Black communities and made absolutely sure a slim minority of Blacks voted with an obvious majority of white voters.

So desegregation not only gutted all Black businesses, it also removed all Black voting power.  So from 1956 to present Blacks have always come in last in median family income.  And here is why.  To sustain oneself as a group, the money must change hands within the group 8-12 times before leaving the group.  Let me put that in simpler terms.  All money Black people make, from jobs, business or services, needs to go to another Black person 12 times before it leaves out of the Black community, for the Black community to survive.

With that definition in mind then, let’s take a look at our list and see what is happening:

1. Hispanic money bounces 6-7 times
2. White money bounces 8-12 times
3. Arab and Asian money bounces 13-14 times
4. Jewish money bounces 18 times
5. Black money …… DOES NOT BOUNCE AT ALL

It is enough to make you cry.  But wait, there’s more bad news.  Not only does Black money not bounce at all, but every dollar that a Black person spends, the entire Black community loses $11.

Let me repeat that and put it separate so you can see it boldly and clearly.

• All Black money is completely lost out of the community and no incoming money is kept not even once
• Every dollar spent by a black person, 11 dollars is flushed down the drain in loses

That is why Black median income comes in last place.  That is why Black median income is declining.  That is why Black median income stays in last place.

Conclusion to Black Median Household Income

It isn’t Obama.  It isn’t the KluKluxKlan.  It is your own ignorance, in the most technical sense of the word. [ ignorance means you do not know. not stupid, which means you know and ignore it. ]  You are ignorant of the fact of how to accumulate wealth, and even with wealth, you do not know how to keep the wealth you do have.

The only way to equality for a Black person is to own his own business.  The only way to equality for a Black person is to buy all of his goods and services from a Black owned business.  The only way to equality for a Black person is for a community of Black people to open their own businesses and services and only shop from each other.

There is no other road to equality.  Forget Dr. Martin Luther King.  He didn’t know.   Forget Malcom X.  He didn’t know either.  Forget Louis Farrakhan.  He doesn’t know, or maybe he’s not sharing it with you.  [ of them all, he might actually know ]

Black people need to own:

• grocery stores
• convenience stores
• gas stations
• fast food restaurants
• restarurants
• supply stores
• restaurant supply stores
• hair salons
• nail salons
• day spas
• shoe stores
• beauty supply stores
• clothing stores
• men’s clothing stores
• ladies’ clothing stores
• children’s clothing stores
• print shops
• dress maker shops
• shoe maker shops
• butcher shops
• bakery shops
• coffee shops
• electronic repair shops
• computer repair shops
• cell phone shops
• bridal shops
• marriage counseling shops
• dentist offices
• medical supply stores
• doctor’s offices
• psychiatric offices
• pharmacies
• drug stores
• liquor stores
• credit unions
• banks
• clothing cleaner shops
• bars
• night clubs
• children arcades
• 2nd hand stores
• newborn stores
• gardening supply stores
• car supply stores
• florist shops
• cigar shops
• maid services
• gardening services
• pool services
• construction company
• contractors
• housing supply stores
• long distances services
• cell phone services
• internet services
• internet hosting servies
• web design services
• home design services
• laundromat

Some cities have a whopping  65% – 90% Black population in them, and NONE of the businesses just listed are owned by Blacks in those cities.  You could pick 7 of those businesses listed above, setup on one block in the city and there would be no reason why the Black community couldn’t buy and support it.  Everyone needs food, gas, convenience.  In a city with a majority Black people in it, there should be no reason why that majority shouldn’t own most of the wealth in the city.  But, time and again all of the wealth is sapped out of that majority and goes to other communities.

In an ideal world, if your parents had brains, your parents would have saved up for the day you become an adult and fork over a nice nest egg for you to go forth and have a much better life than they did.  Some where alone the way this tradition, which dates back almost 10,000 years, got completely lost in the U.S.  Yes, ever since ancient times, the father would either fork over money so that his daughter could have a good life, dowry, or fork over money so his son could have a good life, a sort of  coming of age gift.  Even the poorest people did this.  They all had the good sense that the next generation should have a better life than the last.

It is my contention you should never ever take out a loan, under any circumstances, not for education, nor car, nor a home.  To prove this, I presented a comparative analysis of someone who saved for the same time as someone who took out a mortgage.  Please note that the person who takes out the mortgage overpays for the same house to the tune of anywhere from 30% – 100%.  Not only that, the math gets worse when you account for dollar value over the time period of the mortgage.  Accounting for that you reach nose bleed heights of 200% for the same house.  Even worse accounting for dollar value versus gold, you start to get into ridiculous loses on a mortgage.

I present to you the discussion we had on this subject: On a side note, everyone that responds in the discussion have a vested interest in you not paying cash for a home.  That is to say, they are either brokers themselves, lenders and none of them are actual financial advisers with a fiduciary responsibility for you to earn money.

It is my theory that if I start now and account for dollar value / mortgage / interest / taxes / loan costs associated with the transaction itself / interest on those additional fees  that saving to pay cash for a house = to the time that I would have stayed in the house, I will always come out ahead.  Assuming 10 years, 15 years, 30 years.  Even with moderate interest rate on savings of 4%

Unless you are rich the chance of your paying cash for a house anytime soon is doubtful.  As far as your theory.  You have to decide whether you need the tax right offs from the interests paid on the mortgage against your personal income tax liability or do you want all the free equity in your house.  It is usually a trade off.  I paid cash for my house, but took out a HELOC to offset some of my tax liability.  That is an option as well.  It is best to talk with a personal financial adviser or investment attorney to see which path best fits your situation.

Not that I’m against buying with cash…but some other items to consider – Did you account for the rent you’re paying to live somewhere else? Appreciation lost by not owning a home? What if rents go up? Etc.

You “took out a HELOC to offset some of my tax liability” ? are you joking? that is the stupidest advice I have ever read!

First off, the tax write off on mortgage interest only applies if you itemize your deductions; by itemizing you give up the standard deduction which for a married couple is what 12,000? so unless your heloc interest is over the standard deduction, or you have a bunch of other deductions to itemize, you won’t save a penny anyways. Even if it bigger, which is a heck of a big heloc, you will only benefit to the amount that it exceeds the standard deduction. In other words, $15,000 in mortgage interest for a married couple is likely to lead to a tax deduction of only 2 or 3 thousand more;

Second off, it is a write off, not a tax deduction, So even if your interest on the mortgage is more than the standard deduction, it will only save you about 1/3 of that amount.

Pretty brilliant, spending $15,000 a year on interest to save $1000 or so on taxes!!!

Maybe this is something that isn’t considered.  Everyone immediately jumps on the “what about how much you’re spending in rent while you’re saving for that house.”    Not to sound negative or anything, but there are a thousands of other scenarios and options where you are not spending a dime to live: you’re a minor; under someone else’s care; living in a paid for house that is not your own.

There are still quite a big chunk of Americans, don’t have the percentage because absolutely noone is interested in knowing nor revealing it, that pay cash for all major purchases and they are not rich.

I’ve never bought a car with a loan.  I’m far from rich.

Also, parents now and since parenting was invented, have saved up for children and when they become adults bequeath the nest egg to them or purchase whatever the goal was for the nest egg: i.e. home, car, education.

So assuming that you’re not some schlept that fell from the sky and just started saving today, if you saved the exact amount for the same amount of years, cash in hand, vs paying the mortgage for that amount of time, wins every time correct?

Saving $3,000 every month for 15 years is = 540,000 without interest, without compounded interest.

I certainly admire your financial discipline and conservatism.

However, let me reply with an observation:
Just 2 years ago, I was getting 5.5% on my money in short term bonds.
today, you could get a 30 year fixed mortgage at 4.5%.

I have the money to pay cash for my home, but I would rather buy with 20% down, lock up a long term low interest loan, and keep my resources for other investment that, in just a few years, will likely pay me much more than the lack of a mortgage would save me.

As Mr R implied; the cost of buying and maintaining is the same in either case; and the transaction costs are the same in either case.  The only difference is the cost of the money.

And my opinion is that you are right “most of the time”; that you cannot invest the money you borrow at better rates than the *mortgage interest rate*. 

That if you have a mortgage, the highest interest you can usually “earn”, is to pay off that debt and not pay that interest, unless of course you have high interest credit card debt, that really needs to be paid off first.  But, if you can borrow at 4.375% for 30 year fixed, and invest at between 5% and 15%, you may be better off.  Still, you need to subtract out from your return on investment any tax liability including capital gains tax, unless you use a tax exempt investment (such as government bonds).

Sure, you could say that you need to do that for your house too; but you would need to do that in either case; and if you aren’t selling, there is no capital gains to be paid; and if you die, the tax base is re-based to the time of death for your estate and heirs.

But, I have known many people that thought they could invest the equity better than having a home free and clear; and the investment went sour, and their job went sour (often due to health going sour…), and they end up loosing their home, or end up working extra hard to make the payments to stay in the home, or sell the home to live somewhere else but still with cash coming out of their pocket…

If you have paid off the home, that is a “security” that gives you many freedoms not available to those that have to make loan payments.  To me, it is worth any of that extra interest you couldn’t make on that so called “can’t loose” investment.  Besides, all the money that you would have budgeted for mortgage payments each month can go into that high return investment if you ever find it.

The real issue for people saving to buy a house in the past is that inflation rates (especially of housing) outstripped any interest on the savings, and thus the savings was always a net loss in attempting to reach the purchasing goal.  But that is not the case presently; prices are falling, not rising.  And even when they stop falling, they will stay fairly flat and likely not keep up with inflation.  Thus there is plenty of time to save money if one doesn’t have sufficient cash presently.

Presently, if you buy, the interest rates are such that you pay for the house twice if you have a standard mortgage for the purchase.  In the past, you paid for it 3 times.  But one must consider the time value of your “cash” too.  The problem is that interest rates for bank deposits and inflation, and other investments… is not constant with time; so one must make some kind of assumptions when doing the math.  But I would presently assume about 3% annual “time value” of your cash, as compared to the average of 5% 30 year fixed mortgage interest rate presently; and with that, the only ones that it makes sense to borrow is the single people that have other deductions (large charitable contributions, or medical expenses exceeding 7% of income), making over $373k per year, which puts their tax rate for the money they will “deduct” at 35% for federal and 9.55% for state (of California), which puts the return on anything over the “standard deduction” of $5700 at 44.55%.

So, assuming that interest payments are substantially above $5700 annual (as a person making over $373k per year is probably buying a much bigger house than most of us would buy), the adjusted cost of the mortgage is 5% x (1-44.55%)= 2.78%, which is slightly less than your 3% “time value of money” for your cash, thus worthwhile to them.

NOT worthwhile to those that only get less than 25% back from the Federal Government and less than 4.25% back from the state, especially as one barely gets above the “standard deduction” if at all.

The members of NAR that don’t understand this obviously are not the ones you should be getting any financial advice from.

There are definite advantages to paying cash for a house, but it does take a long time to do that in most markets. It also takes financial discipline that is hard to come by for most people. Roberto mentioned something to consider also which is lost opportunity cost on the money that is lock in what amounts to a fixed rate investment. That money is not free to invest in other things and you realize no gain until you sell.

I am not a gambler, but I can see the benefit of conservatively borrowing money for a mortgage at 5% and investing the conserved money at 8-10% even with the mortgage interest that I pay. You have to do what you feel is best and weigh the benefits of each. For me, it made more sense to put a little more than 20% down and pay extra on my mortgage every month to pay it off sooner with less total interest.

Correct; but the money that would have gone to mortgage payments each month is free to invest.  But as that is spread out over time, it takes even more diligence to invest wisely and avoid frivolous spending.

Still, paying cash, or accelerating payments to remove the debt liability is an “insurance” that one will have a place to live, even with minimal income should something happen, or if one wants to consider changing professions…  That insurance is worth something.  To me, that is as important as health insurance, or fire insurance, or automobile insurance.

As you can see, none of them even explored the value of money, the costs involved in a mortgage, and the idea of paying cash is as foreign to them as drinking water at the beach.

One person did hint that it’s peace of mind, but that person still thought it was a losing proposition to pay cash rather than taking out a loan.  He equated it with being nearly life threateningly important, but it never rose to the level of good sense and good math with him.

People do not need to be feared into doing the right thing, they need to see that the math is on my side, based on reality.  Noone likes to present to them the real math involved.  While everyone can agree that paying $10,000 cash for a house that was $80,000 just two years ago is a steal, they shy away when you say pay $100,000 cash regardless of the circumstances.  I’m here to tell you, taking out a loan for $150,000 for a home is a losing proposition, mathematically speaking.  And, when calculating ALL the costs, people don’t consider nor tell you all the costs involved.

Lenders like to tell you about how you can take out a mortgage at a low low rate and invest the rest at a much higher interest rate.  What they are not telling you is that ALL investment is gambling.  The entire world is crashing down around us due to investments: Greece, Portugal, Spain, U.S.  Yet, they want to imply that investment is the way to go instead of buying a house at nearly half the cost of what someone else payed for it, and the complete security that, no matter what, you will have your home.

They’ve got one hand in your pocket and are trying to give you advice on finance.  The same person has zero financial acumen themselves, yet are trying to tell you how to invest your money.  A house as always been a losing proposition.  While it isn’t as blatant as buying a new car, it depreciates just the same.  It was never an investment.  Income generating property is an investment.  But, that has everything to do with income generation and nothing to do with the fact that it is real estate.  Put a different dress on it and it’s a loser just as everything else is.
