I think you missed some key factors. First of all it is completely different to say that I am speaking to black people about issues to uplift black people. Versus, saying, I am against white people. The two are not the same.

my proposal will not bankrupt the american economy like all the other plans ,actually the federal government
would get back their initial investment back 5 fold.
few american are aware that for every one percent medicare saves per year over fifteen years
saves medicare one trillion dollars.
my plan saves much more in the long term for the federal government.
